Beach Vacation Rentals

Anyone know of the properties of Delaware?

My husband and I are interested in buying a second home for the holidays. We are interested into buying something near the beach in Delaware, but we are not thinking about renting it. It would be for us to take the kids this weekend and just posted. My question is that I looking and it seems that theres an income tax of $ 7,000 a year, I want to pay if I do not think the rent? Is it possible to set it up to its title second home is a rental?

I do not know about the car tax, but I know we have the lowest tax in the country poperty County Sussex. Look in areas not designated as rents, I know you can find decent houses in Bethany for about 200K
